Houston media personality and Emmy Award-winning meteorologist Frank Billingsley brings over four decades of broadcast excellence to the Game Set Match Gala stage.

As Chief Meteorologist for KPRC NBC Houston for three decades, Frank became the city's trusted voice through hurricanes, historic freezes, and everything in between — earning the Houston Chronicle's ultimate compliment: “The Ultimate Weatherman.”

Named a “Houston Treasure” and a “Houston Legend,” Frank is also an Admiral in the Texas Navy, a men's health advocate, and author of Swabbed & Found (Bright Sky Press, 2017). Most recently he hosted Hello, Houston on NPR News 88.7 FM, proving his range goes far beyond the forecast.
